Refunds and Cancellations

My Mystical Cosmetics believes in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 30-day satisfaction return policy from the receipt of your order for opened or unopened products. If you are unsatisfied with My Mystical Cosmetics, you may return the package within 30 days from the receipt of your order. This includes opened or unopened products as eligible for a return. Shipping costs to return merchandise shall be paid for by the customer returning the item. If you wish to return your order, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours, and you will see the refund credited to your card within 24 hours from the refund processing.
